By enrolling Daniel and Troy in the RYA Powerboat Level 2 course, he aimed to equip them with the skills necessary to perform their roles confidently and safely. “We’re committed to meeting both local and international standards,” he said. “This includes adhering to all safety regulations and ensuring our team delivers a professional experience for our international guests.” Mikeal sees this as the start of ongoing training for his team. “This is just the beginning,” he said. “As we move forward, we’re looking to transition more of our team members to advanced certifications, such as Boatmaster Levels 3 and 2.” By prioritizing staff development, Mikeal is fostering a culture of growth and professionalism within his team, ensuring they’re ready to meet the evolving demands of the water sports industry.
